I am a computer architect. Whether it’s software, programming languages, databases or circuit boards that need to be soldered: I simply enjoy digital technology! I’ve also learnt how castles, churches and temples work and I can build houses too. But when architecture meets information technology, that’s when things start to get exciting and entertaining for me!
I’m currently working on Tibetan temples and Hohensalzburg Castle. My task is to understand how data is collected and stored and to show that this data can also be easily retrieved. The best way to do this is in the same way as we know it from architectural spaces. I also teach young people at school and university how to use the computer as a tool according to their own ideas.
